chibi's cooking attempt: HUMMUS

  1. It was so easy to find hummus when I was in UK but in Thailand, even the ready to eat one in supermarket is expensive :(

So u used sesame paste instead of tahini?

We have to start a hummus-boom in Asia.
I used sesame paste because I thought tahini was a different name for it... ITS NOT??! D:

  3. I actually have no idea what is Tahini that's why I'm asking *heheh* I got discourage when I see ingredients that I have no idea. Hence, I never think about cooking it!

  4. It's nice to try new things, eh? I find that the more garlic the better, but I'm too afraid to use so much garlic as most recipes suggest. I love the drawing of you looking at your laptop and sitting on your legs.

  5. I love hummous. I use sesame paste, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, coriander. I can never get the balance right.
